INJURY IS FROM THE INSIDE

We are all living through an incredibly tough time. Many of us are in emotional pain & continue to internalize the suffering we see around us. 

I came across this line in my past writings & it rang out like a bell. 

So I made it into a physical object that I could always have near me. I thought it might have a similarly powerful resonance for others, so I'm offering it to those who need it as a reminder of their own emotional journey & those who want to help me raise funds for healing.
